Thank you for shopping at Cosplay Outfit. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund and returns policy below to understand your options.

2. Return and Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be included with the return.

3. Cosplay Costumes

Cosplay costumes can be returned if they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. Please ensure that costumes are not worn or altered. Custom-made costumes are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Leather Jackets and Leather Products

Leather jackets and other leather products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Ensure the items are in new condition with all tags and packaging intact. Leather items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be returned.

5. Accessories

Accessories, including jewelry and small items, are eligible for return within 30 days if they are in unused, original condition. Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags.

6. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all relevant documentation.
  • Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@cosplayoutfit.com. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and issuing a replacement or refund as applicable.
